Basis is designed to operate in the real world.
Health is not built inside an app alone. It is shaped by communities, events, institutions, environments, and the systems people already trust.
That is why Basis is structured as a values-led ecosystem - not a closed platform attempting to replace what already works.

Basis does not attempt to replace existing health, community, or participation structures.
We focus on what we are designed to do well: build foundational strength and aerobic capacity, support structured, repeatable participation, translate behaviour into interpreted, aggregated insight.
Partnerships extend structured exposure beyond the app — into daily life, shared experiences, and trusted environments.
This is how participation sustains.
Organisations advancing preventative health, population-level capacity, and evidence-informed practice without clinical overreach.
Mass-participation events, community runs, walks, and structured challenges that provide natural re-entry points into consistent exposure.
Partners providing appropriate care, referral pathways, and escalation support that sit alongside physiological regulation and structured movement.
Aligned providers that support access, progression, and long-term engagement without intensity inflation.
Groups focused on access, participation, and sustainable behaviour change at scale. Partnership is selective by design.
Above all else, we value organisational partners that are aligned in values and we are always open to exploring partnership opportunities with those that fit the bill.

Basis is built in layers. At the foundation are structured six-week programs that develop strength, aerobic capacity, recovery, and behaviour over time.
On top of that sit challenges that reinforce repeatable behaviour, events that create social momentum and partnerships that extend participation into real-world environments.
Nothing replaces the foundation. Everything reinforces it. Partners are not bolted on. They sit on top of the structure, not instead of it.
Partnerships with Basis may include: event integration aligned to structured programs, co-designed participation pathways, community or organisational pilots, research or data collaboration within strict de-identification boundaries.
All partnerships operate within clear roles, defined limits, and shared intent.
Events play a specific role in long-term capacity building.
They:create social momentum, offer defined goals without intensity escalation, provide structured re-entry after disruption and reinforce identity through shared effort.
Within Basis, events sit on top of structured training - not in place of it.They support consistency. They do not distort progression. Participation is prioritised over performance.
We choose partners deliberately.
We work with organisations that: prioritise capacity over spectacle, respect individual trust and data boundaries, support structured, long-term participation, operate ethically and responsibly, align with evidence and behavioural durability.
We do not pursue partnerships for exposure alone.
Alignment precedes reach.
If you are exploring a responsible, people first approach to workforce health, we would love to talk.
